Who handles your information

What the enquiry form does
The form asks for your name, business name, email address, phone number and a message. You only need to provide an email address or phone number so I can reply. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
The form opens a draft in your own email app. Your enquiry is not sent until you send that email. The website does not submit your form details to a database.
Interactive demonstrations
The booking and receptionist examples use fictional details. They do not place calls, use your microphone, make appointments or send messages. Your selections are not submitted to NEXA.
Why I use your information
I use your details to read and answer your enquiry and discuss the services you have asked about. For general enquiries, the lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact NEXA about its services. If you ask me to take steps towards a contract with you, I process the necessary information to take those steps at your request.
Where information is kept
Emails you send are handled in NEXA’s Google Gmail mailbox. Your own email provider also handles the email you send. The website is hosted by Vercel. The host may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and secure the website.
Google and Vercel operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. More detail is available in Google’s data transfer information and Vercel’s privacy notice. No marketing analytics, tracking cookies or third-party embeds have been added to this website.
How long I keep it
I keep an enquiry until it has been dealt with, unless it becomes a customer relationship or information needs to be retained to meet a legal obligation. If you become a customer, I will explain any additional use and retention of your information relevant to that relationship.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict its use, object to processing and receive a portable copy. These rights are subject to legal conditions. Email brandon@nexadetail.co.uk to ask a question or make a request.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, please contact me first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
